This story from the BBC and elsewhere highlights the 'hidden dangers' in your keyboard. Although we are all probably at risk from identity theft on Facebook, the chances of us catching something nasty from the keyboard is infinitely greater. So break out your wipes, eat your lunch somewhere else - and for goodness sake, use a hanky!
A serious argument for separate beds?
This story from the BBC made me laugh today. It highlights a new study that indicates men who share a bed may find their brain power significantly reduced. I would venture to suggest men who snore loudly are more at risk from the wrath of those whose sleep they disturb.
That said, with so much serious science around this week, I did find myself thinking that if this study is to be believed, we should all be worrying about the male physicists working on the 'Big Bang' experiment. What are the chances of them pressing the wrong button if they are not comfortably snuggled up in a cosy single bunk somewhere? Break out those single duvets and start recruiting more women into the sciences - fast.
